Donate food

Our foodbank relies on your goodwill and support.

As the cost of living increases, we’re seeing even more local people and families needing our support. Your generosity can directly help each one.

Please check the list on the right before donating food. We update it regularly so you can see what’s most needed right now.

Over 90% of the food distributed by foodbanks in The Trussell Trust network is donated by the public – that’s why your food donations are absolutely vital to our ability to give everyone referred to us a balanced and nutritious three day supply of food.

You could do an online grocery shop (from Amazon, Asda or Sainsbury’s) and have the food delivered to our warehouse at King’s Church, King’s Way, Aberdeen, AB23 8BL. Please drop us an email to let us know what time you’ve arranged this for.

If you are happy to drop off donations, please see the table below for our food donation point locations:

If you can’t give food, have you considered donating money?

Are you a company or charity that would like to hold a food drive? Visit this page to see our toolkit.

We always welcome donations and promise to use them to provide help to people in crisis. Occasionally we send food to other nearby foodbanks to support their work particularly if they experience shortages. This ensures your donations go to help people wherever in the UK they are.

Please contact us if you have any questions about donating food.
